THE GROUP
One parent and six wholly owned corporate subsidiaries make seven group entities after the Irish closing.
The parent directs strategy, funds research, owns selected IP, manages alliances/licenses and treasury; it is not the seller of ordinary finished products to US customers.
US commercial contracts with US product customers, invoices, collects receivables and administers rebates.
The company whose name you recognize is not always the company that invoices the customer. Every entity has a particular role.

THE VALUES THAT SPELL ASTERIA
Challenge assumptions. Listen to the people closest to the problem. Be willing to say, “We don’t know yet.”
Follow the evidence, especially when it challenges our preferred answer. Change our minds when the findings change.
Bring different disciplines in early. Share context, invite disagreement and make room for expertise beyond our own.
Say what we know, what we don’t and what we’ll do next. Keep commitments and speak up early when they’re at risk.
Keep patients, families and the people who depend on our work in view. Ask what our decisions mean for them.
Look beyond the familiar approach. Turn promising ideas into questions we can test, and share what we learn.
Consider the consequences, not just the immediate result. Protect safety and quality, raise concerns and take responsibility for putting things right.
